We are delighted to kick-off the Bringing Design Closer series, with a live interview with two thought leaders in the world of service design and experience design, Patrick Quattlebaum and Chris Risdon, co-authors of ‘Orchestrating Experiences’ by Rosenfeld Media.

Our events are not like ordinary events. We aim to keep the cost to a minimum. Every ticket price includes a copy of Orchestrating Experiences and access to a networking event afterwards.

We aim to connect and empower people through knowledge and real-world experiences.

About this event

Customer experiences are increasingly complicated—with multiple channels, touchpoints, contexts, and moving parts—all delivered by fragmented organizations. How can you bring your ideas to life in the face of such complexity? In this live-interview, we will discuss the book, and give practical advice for designers and human-centered design practitioners struggling to create products and services in complex environments.
